I’m Tiff, and I’m on a mission to help creatives turn their passion into a business. I believe that we as entrepreneurs get into business because we have a vision bigger than ourselves and want to spend our life doing something we love. And as creatives that something generally means bringing beauty into the world in some way.
I also believe that we as creatives are amazing at creating, but not always amazing at starting and growing a business.
My passion is coming alongside my clients to help them work smarter and more intentionally. We focus on productivity, processes, people, and profit. I want all creative business owners to create a business that allows them to live the life they desire.
I live in Hamel, MN, with my husband, Steve, of 18 years, our 4 kiddos (Abigail, 16, Gavin, 13, Vivian, 10, and Grant, 7), and our 2-year-old Doberman, Rocky.

I’m Jordyn, a serial entrepreneur, operations ace, and process aficionado.
My story started with my first-ever business, MEND Jewelry, which I expanded six figures in just two short years. Since that time, I’ve supported a publicly-traded tech company during its largest acquisition to date and started JDP Consult where I transform the way businesses grown through business, operational and financial strategy and delivery.
And my approach is anything but conventional. In fact, I’m on a mission to change the Fractional COO world by infusing a bold, honest, and fun approach into everything I do. And that’s apparent in my work helping women-run companies scale their businesses and their dreams.
I’ve been described as a rule-maker and a disruptor thanks to my knack for turning chaos into pure operational poetry and my ability to orchestrate seismic strategic shifts.
